Día de los Difuntos in Ecuador
We once again celebrated Día de Los Difuntos with the communities here in Ecuador. The volunteers got the chance to make traditional, and sometimes not so traditional (!), bread shapes alongside the children. 
They then enjoyed the freshly baked bread with the colada morada later in the day. The communities love the chance to share their culture with the volunteers!
